We don’t use order forms, newsletter sign-ups or website tracking. The only personal information we collect is what you send us directly by email when placing an order or making an enquiry — typically your name, email address, phone number, delivery or collection details, and order specifics.
How we use it
We use this information only to process and fulfil your order, arrange delivery or collection, raise invoices, and respond to your enquiries. We don’t use it for marketing, and we don’t sell or rent it to anyone.
Who we share it with
We share delivery details with our courier and freight partners where needed to get pallet orders to you. We don’t share your information with anyone else, other than where required by law.
Cookies and website analytics
This website doesn’t use tracking cookies, advertising pixels, or third-party analytics. Our web host keeps standard technical server logs (such as IP addresses) for security purposes, as most websites do.
Data storage and security
Order and enquiry information is kept in our business email and accounting records, only for as long as needed for order fulfilment, invoicing and our legal record-keeping obligations. We take reasonable steps to keep this information secure.
Your rights
Under the Privacy Act 2020, you have the right to ask what personal information we hold about you, and to request a correction. To do either, email us at plantguard@pm.me.
